SMS Terms
DreamVista Management LLC uses SMS for conversational guest support and work-related vendor coordination. Messages may address stay-related questions, scheduling, maintenance, and agreed services. This program does not send marketing messages.
Consent and scope
Guests may initiate a text conversation with DreamVista. Our replies relate to that inquiry or ongoing conversation. Initiating a conversation does not enroll a guest in marketing or unrelated recurring messages.
Vendors receive work-related texts when they have provided their number and agreed to communication by text for that purpose.
Providing a phone number through Airbnb or for association registration does not, by itself, enroll anyone in this SMS program.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your conversation, requests, and agreed work. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Stopping messages
Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out.
