This policy describes how DreamVista Management LLC handles information in guest and vendor text-message conversations.
When you text us, we receive your phone number and the content you send. Our messaging service also processes information needed to deliver messages, such as timestamps and delivery status.
We use texting for guest communication and work-related vendor coordination. We do not request association-registration or vehicle information through SMS. When required for association registration, those details are collected separately through Airbnb messaging.
How we use messaging information
We use messaging information to respond to guest questions, assist with stays, coordinate agreed vendor work, and honor communication preferences.
Sharing and marketing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell customer information or share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone information and SMS opt-in and consent records.
Messaging providers, including Twilio and mobile carriers, process the information necessary to deliver our messages. This operational processing does not authorize them to use SMS consent for their own marketing.
